The Deniros

The Deniros release new single, ‘Daisy’s Dad’

‘Daisy’s Dad’ is a confronting single that tackles misogyny head-on, drawing on real-life and industry experiences through an indie-pop lens, with The Deniros channeling their core guitar-driven sound. The single is assertive, whilst its breezy energy bites with force in layered choruses and an explosive outro.

Discussing the single and its themes, The Deniros explain:

“‘Daisy’s Dad’ came out of an improvised jam, with lyrics inspired by real experiences of misogyny and toxic behavior from people close to us. We recorded it in a single day, bringing together some pretty dark lyrical content with a catchy indie-punk swagger.”

The Deniros unveil ‘Daisy’s Dad’ in the wake of their debut EP, coming in November, and their biggest headline show to date at Camden’s Dingwalls on November 13th. Off the back of 2025’s ‘Cherry Train’, ‘Location Unknown’ and ‘Tears of Diamonds’, momentum is building in London’s indie-rock scene, and The Deniros are leading the charge.
