Phoebe Bridgers Announces ‘Live at Madison Square Garden’ EP Available For Download Exclusively On Tidal

Phoebe Bridgers is giving fans another chance to experience a landmark night in her career with the announcement of Live at Madison Square Garden, a five-track live EP recorded during her sold-out performance at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden. Available for download exclusively through Tidal, the release arrives following a series of surprise acoustic pop-up club shows Bridgers performed around the country earlier this spring, preceding the announcement and release of her internationally lauded new solo album, Lost Weekend.

The EP captures the culmination of those intimate appearances, bringing the singer-songwriter’s stripped-back performance to one of the world’s most celebrated venues. Marking the next phase of Tidal’s multi-part partnership with Bridgers, the release offers listeners a chance to revisit the phone-free concert while highlighting a new approach to how artists can distribute exclusive recordings directly to their audiences.

Live at Madison Square Garden features five performances drawn from Lost Weekend: “Lost Boys,” “Kill Me,” “I Can’t Wait,” “Other Plans,” and “Long Lost Weekend.” The latter unfolds as a stripped-back rendition of the album’s title track, flowing seamlessly into its reprise to provide a fitting conclusion to the collection.

Fans can download Live at Madison Square Garden directly through Tidal, with no subscription required to make the purchase. The initiative also underscores the platform’s commitment to artist ownership and independence: musicians using Tidal Upload pay no platform fees when selling their work, beyond applicable card-processing fees.

“Phoebe Bridgers’ Madison Square Garden show was an intimate and defining phone-free live moment, and we’re proud to help share it with even more fans in a way that supports artist ownership and fan connection,” said Robert Andersen, Tidal Lead. “This release represents a new era for Tidal: helping artists sell exclusive work and merch directly to their fans, with 0% platform fee beyond card processing.”

The tour’s October leg includes two sold-out performances at Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome on October 30 and 31, followed by a third sold-out show at the venue on November 1.

The European run begins in Dublin on November 23, with two sold-out nights at 3Arena before continuing across the UK and mainland Europe. The itinerary includes sold-out appearances at Manchester’s Co-op Live, Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE, and London’s The O2, alongside dates in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, and Stockholm. The Düsseldorf concert on December 8 has also received a venue upgrade, reflecting the considerable demand surrounding the tour.

Alex G will join Bridgers for the Los Angeles dates, while Isaac Wood and Anaïs will accompany her across the UK and European leg.

With Live at Madison Square Garden, Bridgers offers a more intimate companion to the expansive arena tour, preserving a special performance while giving fans access to exclusive live material through a direct-to-fan release model. The EP also reinforces Tidal’s growing emphasis on connecting artists and listeners through exclusive music, greater creative control, and new ways to support the musicians they love.
