Making huge strides into 2026 with his first release of the year, New Jersey’s own Jason Bembry is back with his latest earworm, ‘Frozen Hearts’. After a boundless 2025, Bembry looks to show no signs of caving in once again, as he brings out a more refined, cinematic approach to his otherwise pop-laden songsmanship.
As a gentle synthwave brings forth Bembry’s slick vocal, ‘Frozen Hearts’ sets off with an alternative-spirited soul topped off with Jason’s unique approach to pop music. Over the course of his last few releases, his sound has grown with a mature sense of finesse, highlighting the detailed nature of his music.
Diving into the release, he explains, “I have been waiting for the right time to begin this new era of music. With the world becoming increasingly dark and us all feeling more separated from one another, the time is now. I wanted to write music that meets us where we are in these moments of grief, anger, resentment, and isolation. Frozen Hearts is not a breakup song. It’s looking at the world around us and realising that, to move forward, we need to sit with these strong emotions long enough to strike the match to warm our own hearts.”
