Where are you from?
Detroit, MI. One of the greatest cities on Earth when it comes to music.
What is your greatest inspiration for your music?
My father was a producer and DJ. He got me started with piano lessons, training me as a producer, and helped guide me to become an artist and producer.
What are 3 words that describe your music?
Drip, Versatile, Soulful
What is the hardest subject you’ve ever written about?
Recently wrote a song called “Chill” on all music streaming sites (@thomasmbeats) explaining my journey through the times of almost giving up due to college but decided to go hard with music and still maintain an engineering degree.
What are the challenges of being an artist?
Getting the right vibe for the right people producing wise & really finding your best voice can get difficult at times.
Are you planning on releasing new music soon?
Yes. EP called 4for4 on soundcloud this month featuring me and 1TakeWan (Ja-Wan Gardner) (@thomasmbeats on soundcloud) (Hype Trap Music). Beat Tape on all music streaming sites this Summer called Beats 4 Everybody, Vol. 5 (@thomasmbeats on all music streaming sites) (showcasing how versatile of a producer I am) ( I don’t stick to one sound). Dropping an album this Summer under the artist name (Tommy M) on all music streaming sites. (Trap & R&B vibes). I also produced multiple songs with artist (Stewe) (@itsmestewe) coming this summer.
