INANNA Releases New Single “Twilight of the Dawn”

In a time where we are surrounded by dark forebodings about the future of the Earth, Inanna’s new and captivating single praises hope. The title is borrowed from H.G. Wells and his prophetic speech from 1920: “It is possible to believe that all that the human mind has ever accomplished is but the dream before the awakening […] that all the past is but the beginning of a beginning, and that all that is and has been is but the twilight of the dawn.”

With the new day comes courage – and Inanna’s mysterious and refreshing melodies capture the spirit of a journey that is still at its beginning. Building up to the release of her album ACROTOPIA (vol. 1), Inanna adds a new and solemnly optimistic facet to her eco-pop project, with a strange and beautiful voyage from darkness to light in “Twilight of the Dawn”. The electronic drones and chimes are accompanied by earthy oriental beats. Like an oracle in a temple, Inanna’s dark angelic voice unfolds the lyrics of the verses and draws you in, as the song builds up to the irresistible refrain: This is just the starting point. Inanna is on the rise, and her latest single opens the gates to a new and exciting musical panorama.

ACROTOPIA (vol.1), which will be released on Earth Day, April 22, is the first part of a double album, comprising the first 8 songs – all dedicated to the future of the natural world and our relationship to the Earth and other earthlings. With her music, Inanna is building an alliance, taking eco-pop to a new level and playing it for real.
