Clarity Liao – “Lose”
Emerging singer-songwriter Clarity Liao steps fully into her solo era with new single “Lose”, the focus single from her upcoming debut EP Dear…, a seven-song collection of intimate musical letters exploring love, jealousy, rejection, loneliness and the complicated process of finally letting go. “Lose” is an upbeat pop track that captures the emotional chaos of fearing that someone you love is falling for somebody else. Born from Clarity’s heartache over a boy she deeply cared for, “Lose” confronts the jealousy that emerged when another girl appeared to embody everything Clarity feared she wasn’t. What begins as projection and comparison gradually becomes something more accepting, as Clarity faces the possibility that the relationship she desperately wants may never exist.
Bella Shields – “One Wish”
Dublin-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Bella Shields returns with her third official single, “One Wish,” an intimate exploration of unrequited love, rejection and the desire to be someone’s first choice. At just 15, Bella continues to develop her distinctive songwriting voice, capturing the heartbreak of caring deeply for someone whose feelings are not reciprocated. The track imagines an alternate reality where she is finally with the person she wants, only to discover their attention remains elsewhere. Following her debut single “Claddagh Ring,” Bella is building momentum through her original music and live performances. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist, she plays piano, guitar, cello, saxophone, drums and bass, further establishing herself as a promising young artist with a strong commitment to songwriting and performance.
Fox De La Rose – Nothing Is Written In Stone
Fox De La Rose presents Nothing Is Written In Stone, a nine-track album shaped by a simple yet ambitious creative philosophy: a song should never be forced into a genre when the story it carries demands something different. Led by a songwriter whose vision lies at the heart of every composition, arrangement and artistic decision, Fox De La Rose approaches each track as a musical world of its own. Contemporary pop and rock, cinematic textures, Britpop influences, organic instrumentation and introspective passages all find their place across the album. This stylistic diversity is not an end in itself, but a way of giving each story the voice that suits it best. Each song therefore possesses its own identity while also forming one of the chapters within a broader creative and narrative vision.
The Real Anthem – “Coming Home”
The Real Anthem, an Arizona-based alternative rock, post-grunge, post-punk, and shoegaze band, have released their deeply personal new single, “Coming Home,” alongside an evocative performance-driven music video. Built around anthemic guitar riffs, steady percussion, soaring vocals, and heavy textures, the track explores resilience, identity, and the search for stability in an unpredictable world. Its weighty atmosphere was influenced by the lingering effects of war experienced through the band’s family history, particularly the Vietnam War service of a parent, with those impressions emerging naturally through the songwriting. Featuring Shawn Helton, Andy Mitchell, and Matt King, The Real Anthem blend organic energy, memorable melodies, and expansive guitar-driven soundscapes into a distinctive musical identity. “Coming Home” showcases the band’s evolving versatility while delivering a powerful and emotionally resonant statement.
jon scott – “YOU ARE SO REAL”
Singer-songwriter jon scott returns with his uplifting new single, “YOU ARE SO REAL,” a deeply personal celebration of love, gratitude and resilience. Written during a long recovery from complex spinal surgery, the song was inspired by the unwavering support of scott’s wife, whose encouragement helped him through months of being bedbound and the challenges of rehabilitation. The track reflects his appreciation for the love that carried him through difficult times and his joy at returning to his creative life. Musically, “YOU ARE SO REAL” blends a cool, retro-inspired sound with the warmth of classic soul and old-school love songs. Laid-back, heartfelt and celebratory, the song captures the happiness, optimism and renewed sense of possibility that can emerge from life’s most challenging moments.
Robert Hinrichs – “The Road”
Robert Hinrichs returns with “The Road”, an anthemic new single that finds the songwriter and producer turning personal upheaval into something unmistakably uplifting. Blending synth-driven pop, funk, electronic textures and classic songwriting craft, the track captures a bittersweet moment of transition before gradually opening into a renewed sense of momentum. “The Road” pushes that evolution further. Initially carrying a reflective and bittersweet tone, the track gradually transforms into something more expansive, driven by a steady pulse that evokes determination, movement and open-road momentum. There is a natural theatricality to its sense of release, recalling the colourful energy of Scissor Sisters and the euphoric pop instincts of Mika, while Hinrichs retains enough left-field detail to make the track distinctly his own.
