Today, legendary band STRYPER announced their long-awaited Christmas album, The Greatest Gift of All, which will be released on November 21 via Frontiers Music Srl. To coincide with the announcement, the band has released a new single, “Winter Wonderland,” accompanied by an official lyric video.
Commenting on the album and single, Michael Sweet said:
“We have wanted to record a Christmas album for many years. Since releasing our first holiday single, ‘Reason for the Season,’ in 1985, fans have requested a full-length Christmas record. The time has finally come. We chose to include five traditional songs and five original compositions to ensure the album reflects our distinct approach rather than following the crowd. We are extremely pleased with the result. We re-recorded ‘Reason for the Season’ and ‘Winter Wonderland,’ and selected ‘Winter Wonderland’ as the lead single to give listeners an idea of how the track sounds in 2025. We are proud to present our own Christmas album and hope it becomes a lasting favorite for our fans.”
