Bacchanal unleash eccentric new alt-rock single ‘To Do Lust’

Continuing their creative momentum, Baccanal are back with their latest single ‘To Do Lust’, an unforgiving blend of raw emotion and sonic power.

Cutting through the airwaves with a brooding guitar riff, the track soon explodes into action with detailed vocals, colourful guitar drives and pummeling drums. Crossing the floor between alt-rock and indie pos-punk, the single lands as a relentless, boundary-pushing anthem.

Speaking about the single, the band explain, “The song captures the slow unravelling of an affair, with the protagonist accepting that while there will always be an undercurrent of lust between them, walking away is ultimately the healthiest choice for both. There’s a tension between desire and closure that runs throughout the lyrics.”
