Launching herself back into the limelight, Rowan Flack is back with the release of her third EP, ‘Nap On The Sofa’. Punctuated with rich moments of sonic beauty, the BRIT school graduate looks to turn heads in 2026.

Landing with finesse and mastery, ‘Nap On The Sofa’ oozes energy and emotion as it pours out across the airwaves. Consisting of three expertly measured tracks, the body fuses jazz, folk and soul to produce a body of work that feels just as complete as it does pure. The EP lands as an empowering body of work, with its emotive heart enriched by the mastery of all the musicians involved.

Speaking on the release of the EP, Flack explains, “[The EP is] inspired by the gentle rhythm of a long-term relationship. It’s playful and a little self-mocking… I love how the band interacts on this project – it feels very conversational in this live setting. I wanted to capture the songs as close to how we play them live.”
