Q: What was it like being featured in Teen Vibes Magazine’s Spring Issue?
A: It was such an amazing experience! Being part of the Teen Vibes Magazine Spring Issue made me feel proud, supported, and so appreciated. The Teen Vibes Collective truly feels like a family. Everyone is so kind, encouraging, and uplifting. What people don’t always see is how much goes on behind the scenes. At every shoot, The Collective hypes each other up and helps each other grow. I’ve learned so much and felt so much love. I’m just really grateful to be a part of something this special.
Q: As part of the Teen Vibes Collective, how do you hope to inspire other young creatives?
A: Being part of the Teen Vibes Collective means so much to me and one of my biggest goals is to be a positive role model for other young creatives. I hope to show them that with hard work and kindness, anything is possible! I love when younger kids reach out to me for advice. It’s the best feeling knowing I can help or encourage someone just by being myself. When I post content, I always try to share real moments and advice from my own experiences, because I know how much that helped me when I was looking up to older influencers. It’s kind of surreal that now I get to be that person for someone else!
Q: You travel between New York and LA—what’s your favorite thing about working in each city?
A: I’m so lucky to work in both of my favorite places, New York and LA! They’re totally different, but each one is so much fun in its own way. In New York, I love the energy. One time I started flipping in the middle of Times Square and a huge crowd gathered to watch. It was completely unplanned, but so cool! That’s what I love about New York: anything can happen and nothing feels impossible. And then there’s LA… I absolutely love working there! The views are amazing. In Burbank, every street has a backdrop of beautiful mountains. I’m always inspired by the locations. Some of my favorite spots to film are Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica Pier, and of course, the Hollywood Sign. It’s all just so magical!
Q: How do you prepare mentally and physically before a performance or competition?
A: I truly believe that performing at a competition is 10% physical and 90% mental. Of course, being in great shape and having all your skills is important, but your mindset can completely change the outcome. I’ve learned to really trust my training and not overthink things before I compete. I remind myself that I’ve done these routines a million times in practice, and the stage is just another place to show what I already know how to do. I’ve even seen top athletes mess up on something as simple as walking out, just because nerves took over! That’s why I always try to stay calm and keep things feeling normal. For me, treating it like a regular practice helps take the pressure off and it works!
Q: Is there a dream stage, show, or company you’d love to dance with someday?
A:.I would absolutely love the chance to be a background dancer for a female pop artist one day! That would be such an incredible opportunity. Some of my biggest inspirations are Taylor Swift, Tate McRae, and Gracie Abrams. Not only do I love their music, but I really admire the way they perform and connect with their audience. Being part of a live tour with artists like them would be the ultimate experience!
Q: You support Dancers Against Cancer—what does that cause mean to you personally?
A: Cancer has impacted so many people around me, and it’s honestly heartbreaking. I can’t even imagine how hard and scary it must be to go through something like that. That’s why supporting Dancers Against Cancer means so much to me. They help raise money for dancers and their families who have been affected by cancer, and I think that’s really special.

Q: Why is mental health awareness important to you at this point in your life and career?
A: Mental health is something I care deeply about, especially after seeing how many young people around me have struggled and in some heartbreaking cases, lost their lives. It’s a reminder that we never really know what someone is going through. That’s why I believe it’s so important to always be kind. Even the smallest gesture can make a big difference. If you notice someone having a hard time, just letting them know you’re there for them no matter what, can mean everything. Being kind and checking in with people is something we should all do more often.
Q: What kind of content do you enjoy creating the most?
A: That’s such a tough question because I honestly love creating all kinds of content. It’s all so much fun in different ways! If I had to pick one, I’d say filming my acro reels on the golf course by the ocean. There’s just something magical about combining tumbling with such a beautiful backdrop. The views are stunning, the vibe is calm, and I get to do what I love most, flip, create, and just be in the moment. It’s definitely my happy place! I also love to be creative with editing and am working on some really cool reels, so keep a look out!
Q: Have your fans or followers ever said something that really stuck with you?
A: Yes! I’ll never forget these moments at the studio. The owner would tell me that after giving private lessons to younger girls, they would always ask, “Is Leia here? I really want to meet her!” Hearing that made me smile so big. It meant the world to know that younger dancers looked up to me and were excited just to say hi. When I do get to meet them, it’s the most special feeling. It reminds me why I do what I do and how important it is to be someone others can look up to.
Q: What’s something your audience might not know about you?
A: A lot of people might not realize how much I love to travel! Besides going to Los Angeles every month for Teen Vibes Magazine, I’m always dreaming about exploring new places around the world. One of my biggest goals is to travel to as many different countries as I can. I’d love to experience the culture, food, and scenery in places like Europe, South America, and Australia. There’s just something so exciting about discovering new parts of the world!
