Caring Less unleash cathartic new EP, ‘Whatever You Want’

Fast-rising indie band, Caring Less are ignited by a passion for blending nostalgic grooves with a post-punk feel. Hailing from Philadelphia, the group are no strangers to the spotlight, frequently performing on the circuit and even appearing on their local radio station’s RSD release, ‘Homegrown Originals’. Now the band hope to continue their ascent with their latest release, ‘Whatever You Want’.

Whatever You Want’ seamlessly blends Caring Less’ signature indie glow with touches of alternative pop, slickly incorporating post-punk inspired toplines that echo the magnetic energy of their earlier releases. The second EP is proof of the band’s ever-maturing songwriting. Tied together by a brooding and cathartic atmosphere, the EP looks to further cement Caring Less as an exciting underground band.

Speaking about ‘Whatever You Want’, the band dive in, “We wrote the songs on the ‘Whatever You Want’ EP together to capture the tensions of love and loss that we’ve experienced individually and collectively through our mid-20’s; we brought these songs to the Philadelphia recording institution Headroom Studios to help us continue evolving our soulful and dreamy rock and roll sound.”
