It was co-written and produced in Stockholm by Kristofer Östregen (Melody Club) and Olle Blomström, two talents known for their impeccable pop instincts.
“Stockholm is such a special place for me,” McIntosh says. “There’s something about being in a cozy studio while it’s snowing outside that just sparks creativity.”
If the song was originally released in 2016, why bring it back now? “I never felt it got the recognition it deserved,” McIntosh admits. “I believe in this song so much, and I know it still has a place in people’s hearts. It felt like the right time to give it another chance.”
This time around, Get Your Sexy On isn’t just about personal artistic expression—it’s a beacon for future collaborations. McIntosh hopes that by reintroducing the song to the world, she’ll connect with artists and industry professionals who share her passion for storytelling through music.
