Ferrero is a bigwig in the world of candy. Come Halloween time, its products are in the mix, although you likely won’t get a Bomb Pop when trick or treating. One, that’s more of a summer thing. Two, it’s a popsicle so, you know, it’d melt. What are the top five Ferrero products to get at Halloween? Well, it’s these five…
5. Butterfinger
Sure, Bart Simpson pitched the Butterfinger, and did not want a soul to lay a finger on said Butterfinger, but it is not a perfect candy bar, especially in fun-sized, trick-or-treat form. It’s so flaky inside, and a little too crunchy. When sold in the fun-sized form, that becomes even more precarious for consumption. Still, the flavor is good, and so it makes the top five here.
4. Red Hots
We’ll go with Red Hots over the Atomic Fireball. Personally, we are no fan of the jawbreaker style of candy, even when it comes to Halloween. Give us some cinnamon-heavy spice, though, in the candy mix. On that front, Red Hots win.
3. Jujyfruits
Are Jujyfruits a smidge too chewy? Perhaps, but a bit of chew is good in fruit candy. Jujyfruits beat Jujubes because they are shaped like fruits and colored in line with the fruit they are supposed to be. That makes them satisfying to eat, even one at a time.
2. Baby Ruth
Among the Ferrero candy bars, Baby Ruth is the best. The fun-sized version of it works effectively as a slighter version of the full-size bar, which is ideal. It has an assortment of flavor components, but it isn’t overstuffed. Baby Ruth is maybe not the foremost chocolate bar, but it is as such maybe an underrated gem.
1. Buncha Crunch
No, not the Crunch bar proper, but the Buncha Crunch version. Among the “Take a candy bar, turn it into bite-sized bits” options, Buncha Crunch is the best. You get yourself a nice bag of Buncha Crunch, and you take the Crunch bar experience to the next level. Plus, the name is fun, so that’s an added bonus come Halloween time.
