Speaking about the track, James comments “‘Perfect Sense’ was one of the first musical ideas that manifested during the early days of the relationship with my now fiancé. Literally… I woke up one morning at her place with the main “you make perfect sense to me” tag in my head. I sat down at the piano to feverishly craft the rest and have loved performing and recording it ever since. The song truly captures the pure swell of emotions that arise when you finally come together with that one soul who just plain makes sense.”
