Yes, we’re talking about Casting Director-Actor, Abhiishek Mohta.
On October 12, 2024, at 7:24 am, Abhiishek Mohta and his wife, Vani Mohta, welcomed their son, “Khyo Mohta,” at a private hospital in Begusarai, Bihar.
Vani, originally from Begusarai, gave birth at her mother’s place.
The couple, who had a court marriage on January 23, 2024, dated for two years before tying the knot.
Both Abhiishek and Vani, along with their families, are overjoyed to welcome baby Khyo into the world.
Abhiishek Mohta recently completed work on a short film for Jio Cinema’s upcoming movie “AND YOU,” where he collaborated with popular internet personality, Ahsaas Channa.
Mohta has an impressive list of accomplishments, including serving as the Associate Creative Head and Casting Director for Colors TV’s “Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran.”
He has contributed to major projects such as Crime Patrol 2.0 (first 7 episodes), Amazon Prime’s The Terminal List(Indian casting and promotion) with OML Entertainment, Alt Balaji’s Blackwoodz (early development), Baal Shiv (pre-production), as well as projects for MX Player, Jio Cinema, and various TV commercials, music videos, YouTube short films, and OTT web series.
His contributions to the Bollywood film Veere Di Wedding further highlight his versatility.
Mohta has also appeared as the lead actor in several of his own music videos, including “Tu Hai Wahi” (2021), where he starred alongside Punjabi actress Shezali Sharma, and “Pyar Mein Tere Dooba Raha” with Delhi-based model Riya Chaudhary. He has also been the face of numerous TV commercials.
For an upcoming untitled web series, Mohta and his team are managing the casting, and he has expressed interest in working alongside Aaditi Kohli.
While casting is yet to be finalized, rumors suggest the two might appear together in an intimate web series like never before.
Talking about Mohta’s personal life, he is a private person and isn’t very active on social media platforms.
