EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Meet Jarom Su’a, The Mastermind behind “ADIVINO” by Bad Bunny & Myke Towers

The Buzz around Jarom Su’a has been evident after the release of “ADIVINO” by Bad Bunny & Myke Towers. Jarom, a producer, songwriter, and artist, is making seruious waves through the music industry and we got the chance to interview him and dive deeper.

  • What made you start making music?

I’ve always loved music, i fell in love with 90’s R&B being that my parents would always have it on while i was in the car. I remember being on my way to a baseball game and hearing “Are you that somebody” by Aaliyah and Timbaland and from that moment on i had to know how music was made. That was when I was 9. Been doing it ever since!

  • Who’s your biggest inspiration and why?

I think it’s honestly just the evolution of music that inspires me. Not necessarily a specific person. The fact that we have so many styles and pockets of sound that move people. That inspires me to make something generational.

  • What’s tour favorite record you produced on and why?

I have many songs coming out soon, but the one that stands out the most has to definitely be this most recent record with Myke Towers and Bad Bunny. I’m all about experimentation and the fact you can hear the textures in the sonics of the melody. Definitely had to be my favorite currently.

  • Who’s your top 3 producers?

Timbaland, Pharrell, Rick Rubin

  • When are you releasing more original music?

In the process of recording my artist work at the moment. Still on the air of when the music will come out but hopefully soon. Really excited to share what i have in the vault.

  • Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Touring! Artistry is one of the number one things I want to jump into. Being able to create a fanbase with the music I’m singing is a big goal of mine.

  • What’s your biggest pet peeve in the music business?

When producers flex making music on their own. I think music is such a collaborative effort and when producers put other producers or writers down for collaboration, i find it kinda weird haha. If the music is good, it’s good.

  • Who gave you your first co-sign?

Timbaland! I met him when i was young, he reposted me on social media the first day of 2020. Ever since that day i’ve had so many opportunities in the music industry to work. Forever grateful.

  • Who’s your dream collaboration?

It was Bad Bunny haha, now it’s gotta be The Weekend, Taylor Swift, or Travis Scott.

  • What’s your message to younger Jarom?

Remember why you’re doing this! It can be so easy to get caught up in the placements and the comparison with accolades, but when you really stick with it and do it for the love… everything will fall into place.

Jarom is honestly just getting started. He has accomplished so much so fast and continues to impress his peers and the industry. We expect to see a lot more of Jarom in the near future.
