The company, which is a division of Fortel Group, recently appointed Vasil Velinov as its Recruitment Resourcer.
Vasil’s addition to the team further strengthens SkyBlue’s commitment to providing exceptional recruitment solutions to its growing client base.
In his role as Recruitment Resourcer, Vasil will focus on sourcing top talent for construction and civil engineering projects across the UK, with a particular emphasis on supporting key initiatives within the public sector, including crucial prison upgrade projects.
Vasil joined SkyBlue in January of this year, bringing with him three years of experience in high-volume industrial resourcing and staff management. His background has equipped him with the necessary skills to excel in his new role, where he plays a crucial part in identifying and securing top candidates to meet client requirements.
Vasil said: “The dynamic nature of resourcing drew me in—the opportunity to engage with candidates, create strong strategies for future needs, and see projects through to completion.”
Operating within Mark Glendinning’s team at SkyBlue’s headquarters, Vasil’s day-to-day activities include briefing sessions to establish action plans, addressing pending tasks or communications, and engaging in candidate sourcing and interviews to fulfil diverse requirements.
Outside of work, Vasil enjoys staying active by working out, exploring the outdoors, and travelling whenever possible. He also values spending quality time with friends.
