The Venice Film Festival, now in its 80th edition, has a unique appeal, making it an event of incredible global media reach. And among this year’s distinguished guests could not miss one of the rising stars of the financial world, Christopher Aleo, administrator of Swiss banking giant iSwiss.
It was precisely iSwiss, through its group company iSwiss Pay, that sponsored the opening night of the Festival: one of the most important events, with the screening of the film “Comandante,” starring Pierfrancesco Favino, which seems to be among the favourites to win the Golden Lion.
Thanks to the partnership with Rai Cinema and the production company Indigo, iSwiss was able to sponsor the screening of this film, which had the honour of officially opening the Film Festival. And at such an important gala evening, the CEO of iSwiss could not miss it at all.
On this momentous occasion, Aleo appeared in the company of his wife, Lithuanian entrepreneur Simona Jakstaite, who works in the graphics and design industry. And who was the protagonist of one of the funniest “off-shows” of the Venice Film Festival.
In fact, the dress worn by the charming entrepreneur, a Yves Saint Laurent model, was also chosen by two other guests at the Festival: proving that taste and style can always attract the attention of the most elegant women.
The Venice Film Festival represents just the latest success story for the Swiss financier: who, thanks to the iSwiss business, which is now conducted globally, is racking up a string of truly incredible successes.
Starting with the expansion of iSwiss’ business, both financial and insurance, in an increasing number of countries: starting with Europe, with offices opened in England, Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Romania and, of course, Switzerland, and then continuing with Canada. Not forgetting activity in Africa, precisely in Tanzania, and in the Middle East, with the United Arab Emirates: in fact, in Dubai, one of the Swiss bank’s offices is located at the center of what is considered the new vital hub of financial markets.
Other successes are then linked to the securitization business, which iSwiss has relaunched, interpreting it innovatively and transforming it into a useful tool for growing the economy. In fact, the Swiss bank is currently engaged in a major securitization project, also involving Italy, for a record 9 billion euros.
Also of absolute importance was the entry of iSwiss into the Swift circuit: this milestone is part of the broader project to expand the range of counter-current services and payment systems available to customers, including the possibility of using and managing cryptocurrencies.
