Sean Dampte and Ghetto Boy bring good vibes only with ‘Go Low’

Afrobeats titan Ghetto Boy first gained acclaim in 2017 with his ‘Anointed’ project in 2017. The success of the track ‘Under Lover’ has helped to take him all over the world, seeing success with a headliner in Germany, performing with Mr Eazi in Sweden and a touring Europe at the end of 2018.

Sean Dampte is the moniker of singer, songwriter, and performer, Oluwaseun Oluyole, who hails from Lagos, Nigeria. Developing into the Afro-Pop genre, the artist has performed alongside countless other creatives such as D’banj, Banky W, 2Face and Wizkid.

The pair have decided to collaborate on a warm new single entitled ‘Go Low’, a track that encompasses the slow love of a summer evening. Laid back, Afrobeats percussion is laid over a twinkling piano line for a beat that draws you in with good vibes. Both Sean Dampte and Ghetto Boy give lush performances that show their experience in creating a brilliant energy in their music, they have soft, silky flows and know just where to add backing vocals to keep the vibes going.

Ghetto Boy adds, “I always like to make music reflecting on what I’m going through at that moment and experience. Sometimes what me and my boys talk about drives my inspiration.

You don’t need to be the noisy one in the room. Nice and slow, steady wins your lover’s heart.”
