I spoke with Andy about his podcast, his business partnership, and so much more.

Your podcast, Andy Frasco’s World Saving Podcast, has had quite an impressive reach since its start. What motivated you to start this podcast and what have you learned along the way?

Thanks for the kind words. The reason why I started the podcast was, as a traveling musician myself, I wanted to give musicians, comedians, and actors an outlet to talk to someone about the hardships of the industry. I am also someone who is dealing with the mental wear and tear of trying to follow one’s dreams in the 2020s. The road to success isn’t always the easiest on one’s mental health so I want to give my listeners an honest conversation With the people they love.

What’s your favorite part about your podcast for you and why?

Getting to know these fascinating people I look up to. Breaking that 4th wall to get honesty and humbling conversations with people that inspire so many.

You’re a successful musician in your own right. Can you share something about your music that fans may not already know?

That even with all the side gigs, podcasts etc. Music is still and will always be my number one main squeeze lol

What can fans expect in upcoming episodes and live streams on Volume.com – any special guests or stand-out conversations?

We’re going to keep fighting the stigma of mental health, we’re gonna live, we’re gonna think, and we’re going to feel less alone in this process of growing old.

You are about to tape your podcast in front of a live audience in New Orleans at Jazzfest – how will you make this interesting and fun for a live music crowd?

We’re going all out, we got musicians phoning in, we got a live band where the musicians we are interviewing live, are going to get backed up by my band for a couple tunes. We have segments with local chefs taking us on a tour through the local culinary. We’re going to answer voicemails and show dirty videos. Really can’t wait

Are there any questions you wished you would get asked about your journey that you’d like to share thoughts about – we always feel like artists have so much to share.

I think everyone needs to be checked in on. This road is tough for all artist living on the road.. just make sure we all check in on our favorite musicians who dedicate their lives and kill their bodies to make sure their listeners get to hear there favorite songs live
