Who Is The Best Wrestler In ‘Simpsons Wrestling’?

The Simpsons is the greatest show of all time. Wrestling video games are fun. As such, Simpsons Wrestling should have been a lot of fun. Instead, it’s one of the worst video games ever according to many. Not just because you could pin somebody who was laying on their stomach for some reason, one assumes. It was all a mess, even if you can fight at Moe’s Tavern and the Simpsons’ house. You could play as 20 different wrestlers in Simpsons Wrestling. Who, though, makes the most sense as wrestlers?

Obviously, Lisa being in the game makes sense, as she is a Simpson, but otherwise she is an odd choice to be sure. Same with Bart, frankly, because in the end he is a 10-year-old child. He’s not beating Homer in a fight. Marge in a later-season episode gets into MMA fighting, but typical Marge isn’t much of a scrapper.

Krusty is an adult, but not that imposing and not in great health. Barney has some heft to him, and if he was drunk enough to dull his pain but not to render himself completely incapable of fighting, he’s a favorite to be sure. Flanders is, of course, secretly in killer shape, but he’s not much of a fighter by nature.

Ultimately, the clear top choice for the best wrestler in Simpsons Wrestling is Groundskeeper Willie. Like Ned Flanders, he’s in great shape and secretly yoked. However, Willie is also an angry dude with a penchant for fighting. He knows how to scrap, to be sure. If Willie is in the ring, be wary. Also, if somebody wants to play Simpsons Wrestling, be wary. It doesn’t speak well to their video game tastes.
