A father, a husband, a musician and a student of life, Muenster is a versatile wordsmith, polished orator and prolific national performer. A key member of multiple musical projects in Texas, Ian has been an MC, beatsmith and all-around avid musician for numerous years, having travelled around the United States building, performing and growing with people he meets along the way. Setting out to shift the paradigm once again, he has abandoned the rules with this release, incorporating live jazz, synthesised harmonics and free form exploration into song length and verse structures.
matphilly and SUBshockers – A.M.P.
Producers matphilly and SUBshockers have teamed up for their brilliant new EP, A.M.P. The five-track project was made to commemorate matphilly’s brother who tragically passed away in July 2020. The project combines their styles together perfectly and takes listeners on a journey with its high-energy dance beats, stunning vocals, catchy melodies and powerful bass drops. It sounds like a true celebration of life and a vehicle for reflection, therapy and emotion that will no doubt impact listeners all around the world. Fans of the EP will be pleased to know that matphilly and SUBshockers are also planning live performances and audio-visual hybrid experiences for 2023, so watch this space…
Romi Chase – “Today”
Romi Chase is a multitalented artist on the rise. Born and raised in Poland and immigrating to the US at 25, Romi is a singer, plus-size model, award-winning content creator and business coach. “Today” is Romi’s first release of 2023 and follows previous single “Control”, which dropped at the end of last year. Showcasing her silky-smooth vocals and impressive musicality, “Today” draws attention on first listen. Infused with lush melodies and a catchy hook intertwined with a dreamy, atmospheric soundscape, the track proves why Romi Chase is one to watch and an artist with a huge future ahead.
Bee Blizz – “I Wish We Were Young”
M. Bryan Hedrick Jr, known professionally as DJ/producer Bee Blizz, has been capturing the hearts and ears of fans across the globe. After a series of releases over the past year, Bee Blizz has just returned with his new single, “I Wish We Were Young”. Infused with addictive toplines, a huge anthemic chorus that will be ingrained in everyone’s head after one listen and sumptuous vocals interlinked with deep electro house beats, “I Wish We Were Young” is Bee Blizz’s most confident release to date and showcases what a huge talent he is.
BGC Melody and Tasa – “Cookie Crumbles”
BGC Melody are a group of African musicians based in Cameroon, the Congo, Germany and the United States operating under the record label of the same name. The group draw music inspiration from Cameroon, the UK, the US, Nigeria, South Africa and East Africa. BGC Melody now team up with Cameroonian artist Tasa for its latest release – a powerful theme song titled “Cookie Crumbles” for its upcoming movie of the same name, which will be released by the label’s movie production unit. The theme song is an amapiano-EDM fusion with Afrobeats undertones that will surely elevate their careers to new heights.
