Releasing his new single “All American Heart”, Andy Ross highlights the “corn field farmer” and everyone, “from back east to out west, just doing their best”. At a time where we are relying on these producers more than ever, Ross encourages audiences through his lyrics to take a step back and give credit where credit is due.
Throughout the track, Ross raises a toast to every blue collar worker that could be feeling under appreciated for all they do. “Putting it all on the line, from state to state, pulling their weight” taking time away from family, to do some of the most physically demanding work out there. Pulling more than their weight is required to carry the responsibility of jobs like those, and their pure heroic nature is something that this musician will make sure isn’t forgotten.
Andy Ross has spent his entire life chasing his form of the American Dream and cannot help but commend others for doing the same. With multiple titles, whether it be singer-songwriter, patriot, ceo, or host, he knows what it takes to balance work and life. That balance can be hard to find for someone working in an office, let alone out in the elements.
With the demand placed upon their doorstep at the start of every day, their drive and motivation is one that can’t be stopped and should be learned from. Truthfully, without the sacrifices of blue collar workers, especially in agriculture, a lot of us wouldn’t have the privilege of going off and doing jobs we are interested in pursuing.
