Blackwell is certainly on his way to similar success with his solo career, shown by his debut single “Nothing Makes Sense” – an anthemic offering that definitely makes an impact. Speaking about the single, he says: “”Nothing Makes Sense” is a song about the struggles of understanding everyday life. It is easy to feel pressure from social media, confusion from your news feed and uncertainty over each decision you have to make, even with the most optimistic mindset self doubt can be unavoidable. I know my shortcomings, my strengths and weaknesses and I have realised all I can do is try my best even if the world around me seems chaotic’.
