Focus On Yourself, Elina Danilova’s Secret to Feeling Alive Again

“I am worthy and deserving of abundance and joy in every aspect of my life”, a simple affirmation like this can completely change the direction of one’s day when said and acted on daily. Affirmations of encouragement are a sure way to usher in change to our lives. Elina Danilova, a full-time professional wellness and life coach, living in Los Angeles makes use of daily reminders and affirmations to positively influence her audience, challenging them to change the status quo by understanding and practicing the importance of self-care and love.

Elina Danilova

An amateur ballroom dancer of Kazakhstani descent, she took a chance and relocated from Moscow to the U.S, where she secured a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While studying, she made time for specific activities to improve her business and leadership skills. These experiences provided Elina with a well-equipped insight into the diverse challenges people face.

The realization drew her closer to a place of greater purpose. Elina found her calling and then switched to the healthcare sector working with various hospitals, like Scripps Hospital, La Jolla and the University of KY. A fervent interest in the psychology and well-being of people pushed Elina to explore the essence of mental health care and various wellness techniques.

Elina’s own personal experiences gave her an unprecedented understanding into why people remain stuck in one position which is fear – fear of the unknown, fear of starting, the fear of failure. She keeps aspiring to help people gain better direction in their lives as well as help them realize that they are stuck in survival mode until they learn how essential it is to actually start living.

Dancing, confessing daily affirmations, involvement in neurographic art, listening to nourishing sounds and jamming to your favourite music are all necessary ingredients to spice up your life and live life abundantly. As an amateur ballroom dancer, she is also very active in the world of dance as she has taken part in several Latin American dance competitions. As such, she can be found teaching Bachata to her audience on her social media platforms as a means to encourage them to use unconventional ways in finding happiness.

“Appreciate what you have, and be grateful for the journey, not just the destination”. Elina genuinely believes that undertaking a more positive perspective coupled with self-love will attract positivity and love into an otherwise “dead” life. She says; “Love yourself first, the rest will follow”. She established Elina Danilova Life Coaching, a program to provide non-judgemental support and guidance to her clients interested in discovering and maximizing hidden potential.

Through her various social media platforms, she engages her audience to keep them on track and not be distracted by what they don’t have. Rather, she encourages everyone to concentrate on what they do have and even more, what is yet to be discovered which lies buried within. She prompts them with supportive statements like; “Learn to say no”, “Take time for journaling and meditation in your daily routine”, “Make sure you take care of your mental and physical well-being” and “You did not wake up today to be mediocre”
