Indie Night Film Festival has had a phenomenal year and Dave Brown, the founder, is excited about giving creators the opportunity for their work to be seen
Indie Night Film Festival is looking forward to submissions in season 11, starting January 14, 2023. Currently, they are showcasing the top 12 films of 2022 via their “On-Demand” option.
Dave Brown, a Morehouse graduate and veteran in the film industry, the festival has taken place at TCL Chinese Theater weekly in the heart of Hollywood, California.
Each Saturday, guests are invited to TCL Chinese Theater to be treated to about five short films, trailers, and full features.
Patrons of his event have included known actors such as Morris Chestnut, director of Boyz In The Hood and Poetic Justice, the late John Singleton, multi-talented Academy award actor Jamie Foxx, Datari Turner, Robi Reed, and many more. Foxx and Chestnut have been especially key to Dave achieving such great success according to Brown. However, Dave Brown wants it to be crystal clear that artists from all walks of life are welcome to submit their work for a showing.

All are allowed to submit their piece in the form of a web series, commercial, short film or feature film. For Brown, creativity has no boundaries and Indie Night is a testament of just that. The team is looking forward to the projects they will see in the next season.
The Festival is actively seeking sponsors for future events in order to continue to provide an incredible experience and premium features for all filmmakers.
