How One Man Has Caused Chaos

Online scammers are a normal occurrence in the 21st century. How many times have we been scammed by online purchases, given our bank account information, or received scam calls?

Jeff Kramer, the founder of Distinguished Agency and The Amazon Group, has created a name for himself online by utilizing social media and the press. He has created his profile as a rapper, social media marketing expert, realtor, and many other things. The issue here is that all these endeavors are based upon lies. There are a few recurring issues that Jeff Kramer has caused his clients in the past.

Lack of Communication

Poor communication does not always mean that someone is scamming you, but it is certainly something that everyone should watch for when doing business with a company unfamiliar to you. However, multiple instances of lack of communication or slow communication have been seen when conducting business with Jeff Kramer. One client asked for proof that Kramer had completed a service the client paid for, but Kramer did not reply for weeks on end. When he finally did reply, it said, “I’m being honest, and I will do my best to pay you back.” As of now, the client still has not received their refund and no further communication from Kramer has happened.

Unkept Promises

This past year, Kramer has brought in about $250,000 from clients. Through advertising his experience with follower growth, PR services, or social media consulting services, he promised new clients good turnaround, but rarely has executed it. Multiple clients have complained that he not only did not keep his promises made, but he did not even attempt to make it up to them when the promises fell through. One client shared the following statement: “He does not communicate, declines to provide facts or proof of his work, and makes no effort to pay us back.” The occasional client frustrated or not given what is promised would be understandable for most businesses, but Kramer has multiple instances of this and has well over $250,000 held without performing the services he promised to clients. Saying it is poor business is an understatement.

Fraud

A trading company is one of the multiple businesses that Kramer has. One client shared the following statement: “We asked him to show us an update on our trading account. For months, he would ignore us. When he finally did, he told us it was our fault and still didn’t show the accounts. That’s f—ed up.” There is always risk with trading, but lack of communication with a client is unacceptable when their money is in your hands. One instance showed that funds from a client were used to pay his PR Agency to buy rental properties, but he failed to perform the services he promised that client. When asked about the funds and where they went, he admitted to using the funds to purchase investment properties.
It is easy to get scammed nowadays on the internet, but staying educated on these topics can help you avoid fraud in the future. If you are thinking about or are currently doing business with Jeff Kramer of South Florida, beware of his scams. His businesses are Distinguished Agency and The Amazon Group.
