NxFxce – “bff”

Mysterious US artist NxFxce has unveiled his new single, “bff”. The track hears the artist talk about not realising what someone meant until they’re gone. With its infectious hook and NxFxce’s hypnotic vocals fused with a captivating retro production, it makes a strong impression when listening. The track is only NxFxce’s fourth release since his debut earlier this year, but it’s already very apparent what a huge talent he is, with all four singles indicating this is an artist with a bright future who will be one to watch over the next year.

matt sak – “Ducati”

matt sak is a rising artist originally from San Diego, California, and currently based in Washington state. Influenced by the lo-fi vocals of Damon Albarn and the freestyle prowess of Future, matt is building a name for himself with his confident vocal delivery and booming instrumentals as can be heard on his brand-new single, “Ducati”. The track stands out on first listen with its captivating beat and matt’s ethereal vocals and melodic flow as he fuses hip-hop with pop sensibilities.

Arliston – Even In The Shade

UK indie duo Arliston have returned with their stunning new EP, Even In The Shade. The project is five tracks of devastatingly beautiful music ranging from the ‘80s-infused and playful “Hold My Wine” to the subtle and stripped-back “Tombstone Teeth”. “Sydenham Place”, meanwhile, feels like an instant indie classic, with Jack’s voice sounding as good as ever, masterfully flipping between airy falsetto and rich baritone all while dancing between George’s gorgeous piano. There’s an undeniable quality to this collection of songs that illustrates the Arliston sound growing in stature and evolving in new and unexpected ways.

Ratrodek – “Chains of Sorrow”

Ratrodek is an independent artist from New Delhi, India. In a world that has recently been full of sadness and conspiracy, Ratrodek aims to inspire people with his music, reflecting on real-life stories that have impacted him heavily. He announces himself to the world with uplifting folk-rock debut “Chains of Sorrow”, a story of sadness, but he turns it into something brilliant. Fans of folk, rock, pop and everything in between will appreciate this spirited debut from Ratrodek.

Valdman – “Death to a Tyrant”

Valdman is a talented electronic artist whose multi-textural soundscapes can be likened to the likes of Bonobo, but he comes into his own in his new single, “Death to a Tyrant”, where he uses his voice as his main instrument among all the beautifully laid out electronica. Valdman clearly possesses a sonic outlook that not many have, and this is a song that should put him on the map and draw in new fans around the world.
