  2. The first question that the computer system is going to ask to select the language you prefer.
  3. After you’ve chosen your language, DO not select Option 1 (regarding information about refunds). Select option 2, which is “Personal income tax” instead.
  4. Then, press 1 to get “form and tax history and/or payment”.
  5. Then Press 3 “for any autres questions.”
  6. Then hit 2 “for any additional questions.”
  7. If the system asks for the details of your SSN or EIN in order to access your account details Do not input any information.
  8. If it prompts you twice and you are prompted by a different menu.
  9. Press 2 to answer personal tax or individual tax inquiries.
  10. Press 4 for any other questions. The system will then forward you to an agent.
