The artist with a unique sound, catchy vocals and relatable lyrics is back with a video that will put any breakup into perspective. Scott Buksbaum is the man behind the project scxtty. This alternative pop-punk artist from Jersey doesn’t shy away from expressing his feelings and deep thoughts that give his fans words they can relate to. Influenced by artists like YUNGBLUD, All Time Low and Neck Deep, scxtty created a perfect sound pulling in pop elements from artists like Harry Styles and Luke Hemmings.
“Patterns” is the third single off his forthcoming EP Life Through Roses. The series of releases started with an anthemic single “I Don’t Think You Love Me” this past March. Keeping the flow of his expressive lyrics “INTERNET GIRL” a modern romance followed.
He shared with us the meaning behind “Patterns”. “This song is about taking accountability and recognizing that through breakups it was mostly your fault not the others. I think everyone can relate to this because of how real the lyrics are and how personal they are,” says scxtty.
Today he shares with us the official music video which will be released to VEVO via Cage Riot Music Group on September 16th. We are excited that you get to view it here first.
