Martinage is a man of many talents. Not only is he a skilled hospitality professional, but he’s also an inventive entrepreneur and security expert. Martinage first made a name for himself in the culinary world with his unique Tree of Sauces. The Sauce Tree is the first and only visual representation of how all sauces are structured and organized. It’s an incredibly useful tool for both professional and home cooks alike.
