What have you been working on lately?
We’ve just released a new single called WomanKing and are in the process of shooting a video for it as well. We’ve been touring and in the studio working on a new album as well.
How would you describe your music to a new listener?
We were once told we sound like “NIN and Florence + The Machine had a baby.” We’ll take it.
Do you feel like where you are from influences your music?
Maybe? We’re all from Texas, which has a history of great rock and metal bands over the years.
What would you say sets your music apart?
Intentionally. We go to great lengths to create music from our core. The stories we tell in our music are also very personal. That matters.
What is the most rewarding part of what you do?
The family that’s been created out of this band. We’ve had the good fortune to work with so many amazing, creative people over the years.
Any upcoming projects you want to share with readers?
The new single, WomanKing, will be available on all streaming platforms Aug 5th and a new video to follow shortly after. We’re also touring the US this summer and fall.
