Today, most of the industries that we see flourishing have seen such incredible growth not only because of how well business models were built and how business plans were executed by entrepreneurs and business owners but most importantly, because of the visionary ideas and strong values they were built on and the relentless drive and passion of the business owners to make sure to add value to the ones they serve through their brands and businesses. This is exactly what Paul Sterriker did in the world of business and now looks unstoppable.
The self-made man: Paul was born on 4th October 1965 in Surrey, England. He hailed from a working-class background with parents who instilled in him strong values and supported him in his dreams. As a natural leader, he was drawn to an initial career in the Royal Navy and attended and graduated from the Royal Naval College in Dartmouth, passing out as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy. He showed innate leadership skills, built on a youth spent captaining sports teams, and then commanding soldiers and sailors in the military. He then transitioned into the commercial world where becoming a Founder and CEO of a business came naturally to him. He has since spent three decades building and running businesses in the fields of Creative Marketing, Staffing/Recruitment, Healthcare, and most recently, Property Development with his wife, Kasia.
Founding passion in work: Paul emphasizes how he also enjoys helping others succeed in their chosen careers and lives from the very beginning. He found passion in his work by guiding people to their definition of success and growth in business. He mentions how today, he is at a stage in life where he values every opportunity to create something and to leave a legacy. Finding properties that offer an opportunity to enhance their value through re-development and the creative process of re-designing or rebuilding and transforming a property into something beautiful, improving the lives of whoever lives in it, fascinates him and keeps him going on his path.
A high-performing business talent: The much-talked-about entrepreneur, Company Director/CEO loves creating and running businesses, he is looking forward to focusing his energies on further Property Development projects and to working with his wife Kasia to launch their first Dubai-based business in Environmental Art.
Paul is one of those rare business personalities who has always focused on offering value to people through their work and enjoys sharing the journey with his partners and employees. A philosophy that has enabled him to built several businesses from nothing to multi-million-pound turnover over the past 30 years.
