Dovi Bezner, also known as “Poker”, The Jew was born in New York City to an orthodox Jewish family and grew up in South Florida. He learned the value of hard work from an early age while attending a private Jewish academy. After finishing his studies, Dovi began experimenting with various methods to achieve accomplishment in his career. He was one of those people who refused to limit himself to a single profession. Dovi began making initiatives to enhance and start executing The Island Boys on a global scale from the beginning. He has decided to book multiple rap duo shows and concerts across the country, but the dates have not yet been announced. While the dates are set, the team is hard at work creating more music and social media activity. Their recent album video and the number of likes on the clip demonstrate their dedication. Their new song, “I’m an Island Boy,” has been uploaded to YouTube and other mp3 music websites, where it has received numerous plays and likes. Thousands of comments have been left under the YouTube video, praising their work and wishing them luck in the future.

In 2016, Skinnyfromthe9 began uploading his music to SoundCloud. He released the songs “Family Rich” with Jay Critch and “Count It” with Stitches in 2017. In late 2017, he released the single “Love Blast,” which went on to receive over 3.5 million SoundCloud streams. Skinny joined Fetty Wap on his “FMF Tour” in January 2018. Later that year, he announced his signing to L.A. Reid’s new record label, HITCO.
Skinny’s charges were reduced to luring an adult, simple assault, and theft after he accepted a plea deal that also permitted him to avoid prison time in exchange for probation. Skinny has defended his actions, trying to claim that the person who filed the charges against him stole an $8,000 chain. Now that Dovi Bener and Skinnyfromthe9 have signed contracts, you can hear their latest new tracks alongside them.
