Franklin Eugene: A Global Patron of Arts.

It is not every day that we see and hear about successful people who flourish in any industry they choose. Franklin Eugene is a man who has worked in a variety of industries and has been recognized and loved in each of them.

He has proven to be not only an exceptional American businessman but also a creative and well-regarded fashion designer. His work has also received worldwide recognition, and he has won an international prize for his fashion design. Franklin, however, does not stop there.

Franklin’s other accomplishments include being a successful, award-winning film producer, activist, Global Patron of the Arts, and humanitarian. Franklin’s designs and men’s clothing are widely praised. Following the debut of his eponymous fashion business in 2012, he rose to prominence first in North Africa, the Middle East, and India, and then globally.

A Successful Film Producer

Franklin’s success as a producer began when he produced the remarkable documentary film “Love Gilda,” about the life of comedic queen Gilda Radner.

Franklin made this documentary with the belief to bring to life the bold and amazing story of comic Gilda Radner. The documentary Love, Gilda is was a strong start to the famous International Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. Gilda’s comic wisdom has been a resounding source of encouragement for women’s voices globally as an arts leader.

According to Franklin, “It was a great pleasure to collaborate with the filmmaker early on. It is an honor to be a part of this production that brings Gilda Radner’s famous impact on popular culture to life.”

The documentary is told through the comedian’s remaining voices. The audience could hear Gilda Radner’s narrative in person, thanks to a collection of personal effects such as home movies, journal entries, interviews, and more. Her narrative was one of survival, love, and laughter in the face of hardship when she fought ovarian cancer.

Franklin has also served as an executive producer on films such as “The Shephard” (2019), “Eight” (2018), “Little Wing” (2016), and “Almost Strangers” (2015). He also worked as a producer on “Wolves” (2022) and as an associate producer on “Il Moro” (2022) and “Haunting Trophies” (2022). (which he is still filming).
