Thapki Pyar Ki 2 is a very famous Indian TV serial. The season 2 stars Jigyasa Singh, Jaya Bhattacharya and Aakash Ahuja are in the main roles. The drama is being produced under the production of Shoonya Square Productions. It was first aired on 4 October 2021. It is an ethereal series of the 2015 drama serial Thapki Pyar Ki. Production and Casting
Production of the drama serial started in August 2021. When the second season was at planning stage, Jigyasa Singh who performed Thapki in the first season of this drama, was then performing in another Colors’ drama opera Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki as Heer Singh. Subsequently, when her role was killed off in August-end, she was selected for the second season of this drama. Aakash Ahuja was selected as Purab Singhania and Jaya Bhattacharya was selected as Veena Devi Singhania. Jigyasa Singh left the drama in February 2022 due to some health problems. In February 2022, Prachi Bansal replaced Jigyasa Singh as Thapki.

Thapki Pyar Ki 2 is started from Monday to Saturday at 6pm only on Colors TV channel. The drama is also accessible for online streaming on Voot.
Story of Thapki Pyar Ki 2
The main character of this serial “Thapki ” is blessed with a sweet-sounding voice. Vaani “Thapki” Tripathi stammers due to nervousness, which is a main barrier on her path of dreams. Her stuttering usually breaks her confidence. Thapki wants to sing for her idol, role-model and Padmashree award winner, Veena Devi. Veena Devi has a rich, nice and handsome son, Purab. Thapki’s mother Jaya’s voice was gone when her father Mukul left them alone many years ago. He now lives happily with his second wife’s daughter Hansika, who is Purab’s co-worker. Upon hearing Thapki’s melodious voice, Veena is deeply influenced and wishes Thapki to marry Purab who instead desires to marry Hansika, although he doesn’t love her.
As per Veena’s schemes in a turn of events, Thapki married Purab. Purab (Aakash Ahuja) owns a famous music company and is eager to produce new music along with designing a remix of his mother’s iconic songs. However, Veena isn’t much pleased with the plan of remixing her songs and that too by an amateur singer and is exploring for the true successor for her position. Veena finds her stuttering and now wishes to throw her out. She is sad as Purab guarantees Jaya to help Thapki. They support each other in every situation. Gradually, Thapki and Purab fall in love with each other.
Review
Colors Desi Serial has taken viewers down memory lane by inaugurating one of its famous dramas, Thapki Pyar Ki. The bright and sweet Thapki is beautiful, much perfect, except for one slight defect– she stammers. But she doesn’t hesitate to do it. All she requires is an encouraging pat on the back, a ‘Thapki’, which rather becomes her name.
Season 2 of the drama series starts on a good note. The makers have sustained the narrative very straightforwardly. The awareness to detail, the expressions of the artists, the outfits, set, all these prove that the job is done nicely. All the artists have put in an immense effort to sketch their respective characters exactly as imagined by the writers. Thapki gives a powerful message of living the dream and not pulling out easily. However, the loyal viewers loved Jigyasa’s pairing with Manish Goplani. Now, the new couple of Aakash and Jigyasa will have buck up to make a certain place in the viewers hearts.
