Men’s Spring Fashion Must Have

Spring fashion is all about transitional pieces. The sun might be out and some days might feel quite warm, but for the most part it’s still quite a cool time of year temperature-wise, so finding the right things to wear can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. Having the right pieces in your wardrobe to transition you through from the cold winter to the warm summer is key, here are some ideas for going about it.

Sweaters and Hoodies

Sweatshirts and hoodies are casual day staples. Layer them over a tshirt or a long sleeve top, and if the weather cools down or warms up during the day you can easily take off or add this layer. For trendy, stylish pieces check out brands like Saint Michael Clothing from Restir Store, this streetwear brand is inspired by vintage styles so each piece has that nostalgic ‘cool’ look while also providing a modern trendy twist.

Light jackets

Another essential item for layering, a light jacket (ideally waterproof) will protect you against that chilly spring wind and April showers without making you sweat by midday. Invest in a light jacket in a style you love, if you go with something fairly neutral it will match all of your clothes, something like cream, white and light colours will feel more spring-like too. And as a bonus, it can be worn later in the year too in the period between autumn and winter.

Wallet
Well-chosen accessories add a touch of personality to your outfit and enhance your overall look. A well-chosen leather wallet is not just an accessory: it’s both a fashion statement and, maybe, the most practical addition to your wardrobe.

A high-quality, well-designed wallet made from premium leather will work with any outfit. On the other hand, no matter if you choose a big wallet or a minimalist money clip, your wallet must first of all feet your lifestyle and requirements. Also, consider matching the color and the material with your other accessories.

Such a wallet will definitely add to your image and stay with you for years to come.

Hats

Hats are a great way to stay warm and look stylish. Since we lose most of our body heat from our heads, if you’re feeling chilly then putting on a hat is another way to stay warm instead of adding more layers. Caps are good for keeping the spring sun out of your eyes, or if you’re just after some warmth then a simple beanie will go with just about anything. Ideal for the times that you’re in need of a haircut as well, pop a hat on and you’ll instantly look more put together until you can head to the barbers.

Sunglasses

Now is the time of year that the sun starts to come back out, while it might not always be that warm it can cause some eye strain if your eyes arent protected. If you’re driving especially you’ll need some shades to keep your vision comfortable- sunglasses will also protect against premature aging around the eyes too. If you’re in need of a new pair, now is a great time to invest, spend some time shopping around and be sure to try on each pair to see if they suit your face. If you work out what your face shape is (round, oval, square or heart) you’ll be able to narrow down styles that are most likely to suit you. A quick Google search will tell you everything you need to know about this.

What are your spring essentials? Have you invested in any new pieces yet this year, if so what are they?
