The track is from Mellencamp’s latest album, Strictly A One-Eyed Jack, which is out now on Republic Records to critical acclaim and was the #1 best-selling album of the week upon release. At the end of January, “Did You Say Such A Thing” debuted at #1 on Classic Rock Radio.
The album—written and produced by Mellencamp himself at his own Belmont Mall Studios in Bloomington, Indiana—features three collaborations with Bruce Springsteen including the first album single “Wasted Days.”
