Gov’t Mule Reveals Details for Special ‘Fest After Dark’ Show in New Orleans

Renowned quartet Gov’t Mule – led by GRAMMY®Award-winning vocalist, songwriter, guitar legend, and producer Warren Haynes – has officially revealed the details for their upcoming New Orleans tour date on Friday, April 29th during the first weekend of Jazz Fest. The special Fest After Dark show, taking place at Mardi Gras World, will feature a big night of music as the band will be joined by special guests Samantha Fish and Robert Randolph Band, each performing full openings sets. This show, part of Gov’t Mule’s recently announced headlining Spring tour, will mark their return to The Big Easy for the first time since 2019, this time at a uniquely New Orleans venue set right along the Mississippi River. Artist pre-sale will be available Wednesday, February 9th at 10am CT with the general on-sale commencing Friday, February 11th at 10am CT.

Gov’t Mule will be touring throughout the month of April in support of their critically acclaimed, chart-topping blues album, Heavy Load Blues. The upcoming outing, commencing April 6th, includes the band’s rescheduled New Year’s shows in Philadelphia and New York City. Full routing below.
