Even in the most difficult of situations, Andrea Samantha has always managed to land on her feet. A powerhouse of ideas and solutions, she’s never been afraid to test new waters and push her capabilities to the fullest.
A single mom of two boys, Andrea Samantha has come a long way. Her dedication towards achieving success never failed to pay off. Starting her career as a hairstylist, she knew she had to reach for new skies. As her clientele grew, her interest in charting new territories grew only further. She soon set up her wedding hair and makeup business, which opened up several avenues for her. One of them led her to the world of direct sales at MONAT global, which completely changed the course of her professional life.
After joining MONAT global, she gained recognition as the top income earner in direct sales within no time. Owing to her tremendous success, she soon entered the coaching business to guide individuals in becoming distinguished sales performers. As a private coach, she carries forward her passion for imparting the same value system that assisted her in achieving her dreams. She adds: “My business is using social media to promote my brand and to also be a top leader to train my team of thousands to do the same. My goal is to have several streams of income, and it was to be able to have financial and time freedom, which I now have.”
Quitting has never been an option for her, even in the face of difficulties she encountered along the way. She made sure not to let her rocky marriage define her. Instead, she sought the help of a business coach and a therapist who’ve helped her overcome her traumas. “I am divorced and have two kids. My marriage was terrible and held me back. I am proud of the work I do on social media, my podcast, and everything I’ve done to continue to grow myself and my team. We do almost 1.5 million a month in sales.”
Being a firm believer that women can achieve whatever they want, Andrea aspires to lead by example. Despite the setbacks and challenges she encountered along the way, she hopes to motivate people to success.
