Ryan Reynolds and the SickKids Foundation have teamed up with Tipsy Elves to make this holiday season unforgettable for an amazing cause. In honor of the Tipsy Elves sweater that Reynolds wore in a viral prank from Jake Gyllenhaal + Hugh Jackman back in 2018, Tipsy Elves produced 5000 scrubs for SickKids featuring Ryan’s sweater design, as well as 500 blankets, all delivered to their hospitals to bring joy to doctors, nurses, and children in hospitals this holiday season.
“For the past couple years, my beloved, yet aesthetically challenged, holiday sweater has become a symbol for how much we all care about children at SickKids Hospital.” Reynolds shares in the video announcement, “But this year, I want to recognize the doctors and nurses too…. Now that we’ve shown these folks some love, please help me show these little ones some too.”
