- Difficulty breathing.

Lung cancer can cause body pain in your shoulder, chest, and back. These symptoms are not born when the cancer is in its early stages. It starts showing when lung cancer invades the other parts of the body, such as the chest wall, ribs, vertebrae, and specific nerves. This is a very critical stage.
