At first glance, it seems that the matter is simple and does not require much knowledge on the subject. It is a good idea to start with a small amount of vaporizer to get a feel for what you can vaporize and what you can use it for. The first thing you need to do is to distinguish which vaporizers are designed for which products.
You can also get pens on the market, which are vaporizers already filled with oils. This is not a very popular product. These vaporizers are most often “for once” and the prices of such pens oscillate around $20-40. However, you can find some that can be refilled again. Then you have to buy cartridges, the price of which is also not small.
YOU CAN ALSO USE A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE E-CIGARETTE AS A VAPORIZER.
The vaporizer for concentrates usually has a different heating method than vaporizers designed only for dry herb and herbs. Therefore, it is difficult to vaporize anything other than waxes or oils. However, let’s take a look at the most popular vaporizers for dry herb and herbs.
WHAT DO WE USE IN VAPORIZERS FOR DRIED AND HERBS?
In a nutshell, dried plants. However, to get deeper into it, it needs to be written plainly. Any plant that has been dried. Going even further is the inflorescences and leaves. Currently, the most popular product that is used in vaporizers is dried hemp CBD.
What other herbs can be vaporized?
- St. John’s Wort – has a positive effect on mood, soothes nerves. Supports digestion.
- Valerian – makes it easier to fall asleep, very calming.
- Narrow-leaved lavender – relaxes the body and mind, makes falling asleep easier, helps with motion sickness.
- Lime – supports the body’s natural defenses, reduces runny nose, expectorant.
- Lemongrass – acts as a disinfectant, joint pain, migraines, menstrual pain, abdominal pain.
These are just some of the herbs that you can vaporize, if you would like to learn more about what herbs you can use in your vaporizer and how they work, be sure to read this post.
CAN HASH CBD BE VAPORIZED?
Hash is as suitable as possible for vaporization. Hash is a compressed dry herb. Sometimes it can have a higher percentage of CBD than dried and this is natural as it is more concentrated. I recommend vaporizing Hash CBD in vaporizers with a steel chamber because it is the easiest to clean. Other than that, I have no complaints about vaporizers with a ceramic chamber.
HOW TO VAPORIZE CONCENTRATES, WAXES OR DABS?
Vaporizing these products is not possible in all vaporizers. If you are using a ceramic vaporizer, it is possible to vaporize concentrates, dabs or waxes. It is not always possible to use a vaporizer with this type of cartridge, but there are a few devices which are designed for this purpose. It is also worth mentioning here that the vaporizer must support a larger temperature range. Ideally, up to 260 degrees. One such device is the Boundless Tera.
In addition to hybrid vaporizers, which are designed for dry and concentrates, you can also find on the market, which are designed only for wax, dabs, etc. However, they are not that popular in Poland.
VAPORIZATION, OR RATHER AROMATHERAPY WITH SALTS AND INCENSE
Salts and incense are not intended to be used directly for vaporizing and I do not recommend using them in this way. However, you can use them as room aromatizers. Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 comes with a special “Aroma Dish” insert. Thanks to it, inserted salts or even herbs will give off a scent to the whole room or apartment.
ISOLATES FOR VAPORIZING
Isolate vaporization works on a similar principle as concentrates and waxes, we need an insert. What’s more, you can make your own liquid from isolates.
SUMMARY
Vaporization does not end with just dried cannabis. As you can see, you can use isolates, concentrates, dabs or waxes. Each of these products is suitable for vaporization, and there are as many herbs as mother nature gave – which is really quite a lot.
