There has never been an artist like AUD RIGO before him. Coming up in East L.A., AUD RIGO grew up on west coast hip hop and lets that influence shine through in his music. Yet his melodic sense is akin to artists in the modern Atlanta scene, and his delivery is true to the rap roots of the east coast. And then it all makes sense: AUD RIGO is something new entirely. His intention of putting on for Hispanic rap is always clear, but his method in doing so is what makes his transparency stick. A few songs in and you’re hooked, waiting to see if there’s a style he can’t make his own. At this point in AUD RIGO’s creative journey, it’s hard to believe that there is.
