Jason Narducy Announces Show At Four Seasons Total Landscaping | Watch The Press Conference

This summer, Split Single — the collective project of Chicago-based musician Jason Narducy (BobMouldBandSuperchunkVerbow) — released their new album, Amplificado (on InsideOutsideRecords) this time featuring REM’s Mike Mills on bass and JonWurster (Superchunk, Bob Mould, The Mountain Goats) on drums. Of course, it went straight to #1. But as we all know, the lamestream music media refused to recognize it. Nu-metal operatives from the other side were even seen throwing copies into a ditch. Today, Narducy is announcing a special solo show appropriately taking place at none other than Philadelphia’s Four Seasons Total Landscaping on Sunday, November 14th, where Amplificado will be reinstated as the #1 album in the land. Everybody’s talking about it. The first indoor show to take place at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, the show will require proof of vaccination for entry and masks must be worn at all times while inside. Guests can even take selfies in front of the garage where it all happened. Tickets are on-sale now and available here“Come rock out with other patriots,” says Narducy. “This album deserves lawn and order.”

A tight collection of rock songs which includes the “springy power-pop chords” (MTV News) of lead single “(Nothing You Can Do To) End This Love,” the “full-speed-ahead guitar banger” (Stereogum“95% Percent,” and “soaring” (BrooklynVegan) album closer “Satellite,”Amplificado deals with the anxiety of living through a chaotic and cruel Republican majority rule and under the limitations of a worldwide pandemic. The Four Seasons Total Landscaping show will wrap up a busy season of touring for Narducy, both with Bob Mould and as Split Single. A full list of tour dates is below.
