Successful personal and social life, career and other spheres in your life often depends on persons self-confidence level. The success comes with an ability to trust in yourself, or in other words in your skills, passions, believes and dreams. Believing in yourself is even closely related with a leadership. As you are able to trust in yourself and others, the brighter your relationship is tend to be with loved ones, colleagues, friends and even strangers. Unfortunately, life tends to brings us many challenges and situations where our self-love and confidence is tested. Sometimes it gets easy to loose it and when it happens it may be hard to stand up and trust yourself again. Or even you may have never felt self- love in your entire life. Despite it, you should give a change yourself to be happy, take life in your arms and bring strong self love and confidence. There are some tips which may help you more Trust Yourself.
First of all, one and key thing which has to be done is to understand why you do not trust yourself and why you cannot love yourself the way you are. Maybe it is your job, where you feel stuck and unsuccessful. Maybe it is your look, you feel too fat or too slim. Or maybe you think you have too big nose or too small breast. It does not matter what stops you, all you have to do is to be honest with yourself and tell or write out those things yourself. Do not afraid to be “nude” in front of yourself. When you honestly admit what does not allow you to trust yourself, you will be able to find the ideas which may help you improve the fields of low-esteem.
Secondly, you should follow the signs. Life often gives us signs or feelings that something should be different. Unfortunately instead of analyzing we just ignore them and follow our routine. I believe that the life gives us signs through dreams and numbers. For instants, at one time in my life I was constantly seeing number 555 in the streets. On phone, often noticed the time 5:55. I did not take it seriously at the beginning, but after that I read an article about it Meaning555. The changes in my life came strongly and rapidly afterwards. My mum got sick strongly. I got some health problems as well. My boyfriend at that time got scared and left me. I felt so desperate and weak. I lost faith in everything, in love, happiness and myself. I felt broken and was not sure I could handle this. Wanted just died. Luckily, my relatives and friends were there for me. Their love and support brought me and my mum back on track and did not allow us to give up. My mom started to believe that everything is going to be alright and did everything to help herself. At that time, the signs came to show me that my life is about to change, I was just not prepared for that. But if you notice some signs, better do not ignore them. Be ready for the best and worst changes. And even worst comes, believe that after going down you will always rise up.
Finally, as I have mentioned before in order to trust in yourself you should be clear about your skills, passions, believes and dreams. This one is the most exciting part. As we got older the routine tends to cough us and the time we spend for exploration decrease. We think we already know everything about ourself and life, but this one is not true. Try new activities as painting, swimming, traveling or even cooking. Try as many activities as possible until you find the one or several passions which brings you happiness and self-confidence. You will see your life will change simultaneously as well as your self-confidence and love increase rapidly.
