Queens Molded Artist “Adir” Is Taking the Next Steps To LA Stardom

Adir, an artist out of LA, tells a story that goes a lot deeper than West Hollywood. Born in Florida, Adir’s family moved to Chicago when he was very young. After four years, the family moved again to Queens. As Adir puts it, “That was hard for me ‘cause New York is a hungry city but I adapted quickly”. Life was hard on him, and he dropped out of high school after four months. Adir was able to establish himself the New York way, making money at a young age. But trouble was only around the corner, and he was kicked out of his house at the age of 16. Young and on his own, Adir describes this as the time that “made me a man”. He credits the blessings that came his way to help get him through the time. That’s when he found music. He spent six months at a hotel in West Hollywood and got inspired to write songs. Some of his hits have been: Trendsetta, 11:11, and Big Steppa.

When you listen to Adir’s music, it’s not hard to tell that he is an artist. But his story only proves it further, and he paints that picture in every song.
