Imagine how wonderful it would be if the task contained specific examples from life. For example, how long does it take for Americano to cool down if the temperature outside is +20 or -10 degrees? How fast can you charge your phone in 15 minutes? The laws of physics in practice would interest students. Teachers would be surprised at the activity and interest of students in solving such problems.

The student will remember tasks taken from practical life, abstract theoretical generalizations. After all, you need to pass the exam and get a high grade. However, he or she will not be able to apply them in life. As a result, the student will again, in practice, study the laws of physics. Interest in physics increased after the “The Martian” and “Interstellar” movies. Indeed, what knowledge is needed for a person to be able to survive alone on Mars or on another planet? What skills do you need to have? Every fifth student asked himself or herself this question. These movies are based on the principles of physics; students go through them in school. But, more often, they don’t memorize them. Hopefully, we will soon see the physics of reality in textbooks and lessons.

  1. What is the main difficulty in studying physics?

The hardest thing to believe is that physics is easy. Physics absolutely terrifies students – but in fact, physics is much easier, say, a math course. In physics, it is easy to draw parallels and analogies with real life. Most laws are more intuitive than complex proofs and theorems in mathematics. Physics is simple. You will see that everything is much simpler than it seemed. Just don’t give up!
