The World of Warcraft video game has been around for more than a decade and it has been able to reach and sustain players on long term subscriptions. But because of a long run and the developers focusing on other games, the game was losing its status among gamers rapidly after a 14-year run. Then, in August 2019, the classic WoW was released and gamers were struck by nostalgia. This in turn propelled the game towards more popularity. The modern expansions have definitely helped and many players still like this. The Burning Crusade, when released was the fastest selling PC game at that point. Two new races were added and players had to fight off legions. It’s a cult favorite and here are ways you can be an expert in the game.
Complete quest
This one may seem quite obvious, but most players get to levelling by completing quests, specifically if playing solo. In the Outland zones, players may find quest hubs and one must work through this to gather all the experience. You see more of the story as you get through and this may be of help later. A boosted character may not have the best gear in place and may be weaker, so it is best to go through stages to get the proper experience.
Professions
Learning some professions may seem counterintuitive if one is trying to change the level. But trade skills can help in levelling. For example, first aid allows players to heal the character if things get out of hand. Players can craft weapons and gear or take up a gathering profession so that items collected can be auctioned for gold.
Do dungeons
If you want to gain levels then go for dungeons. If you can form groups quickly or already have a group in place then go for it. But it will fail if you spend time looking for a group or have to replace people. One of the benefits of the Burning Crusade classic is that when playing Horde, there are Paladin tanks around and dungeoning through the Outland is a lot more viable. One can also gain a ton of experience through dungeon quests for that something extra, even if you want to spend the most time going on quests.
Grouping
Grouping with others can help you cut down on the time spent on quests. Although the experience from grouping against enemies will be less but the quest rewards will be the same for all players. Some don’t have a problem going solo while others take time shooting or killing. But the speed with which a group of players can clear quests make for a very efficient levelling process. And if players want to get a level higher, they can also try WoW TBC boost.
Kill enemies
Grinding can be an alternative to questing for a class that can AoE down enemies. But you can also supplement your questing with some grinding. Levelling will require time for travelling from one place to another. So, another tip is that if your hearthstone is cooling or you are going into a new area, then kill any and all enemies you see on the way. It may not be like a quest but some xp does help.
Farm gold
Gold is easy to earn in the burning crusade classic game and when you have the chance, then make some cash. In order to supplement income, make gold. Loot everything that you can, not just whatever looks worthwhile. These grey items can be sold for money along the way. Also, keep enough space in your bag to get these items and then exchange them in the auction house.
