Butterz G had the following to say when reached out to for comment: “With E.T., I wanted to show my diversity and creativity – I was thinking outside the box when recording it. I wanted to catch people’s attention on the first listen, and get the song stuck in their head right away. I wanted it all to be represented visually with a dark and spacey vibe.”.
The music video serves as a follow-up from his track “Hey Y’all” – a collaboration with the Canadian hard iced tea brand.
